As an Operations Manager (Integrator) at Timberland Seamless Gutters, you'll be the engine behind everything that happens after a job is sold. While our sales team closes deals and our crew delivers craftsmanship in the field, you'll make sure every job is scheduled, supplied, and accounted for — on time, every time. This position requires sharp organization, follow-through, and a love for systems and details. You'll be the person who keeps the whole operation running smoothly so nothing falls through the cracks.What You'll Do:
- Schedule jobs and manage the production calendar
- Order materials and manage vendor relationships
- Run the numbers — job costing, invoicing, and weekly reports
- Keep our systems organized and our crew set up to win
Job Description:
- Build and maintain the production schedule so every sold job gets installed on time
- Order gutters, downspouts, guards, and materials against upcoming jobs — zero delays
- Track job costs, margins, and weekly performance numbers for the owner
- Manage customer scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up in our CRM (Jobber)
- Prepare clear job packets so the install crew has everything they need before they roll out
- Handle invoicing follow-up and keep accounts receivable current
- Document and improve processes so the business runs on systems, not memory
Expectations:
- Highly organized — you love checklists and hate loose ends
- Strong follow-through; when you say it's handled, it's handled
- Comfortable with software and spreadsheets (CRM experience a plus)
- Clear communicator with customers, vendors, and crew
- Able to juggle multiple moving pieces without dropping any
Requirements:
- Experience in operations, scheduling, dispatch, office management, or project coordination — trades or small business background is a plus
- Comfortable learning and owning software systems (Jobber, QuickBooks, Excel)
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable, self-managed, and accountable — this role runs without someone looking over your shoulder
